Married to Sarah Roman for 58 years
Worked as a Cement Mason for 50+ years, retired with Cement Masons Union after 30 years.
Established Roman Concrete in 1988 and turned it over to his sons in 1999.
He was an avid sportsman, in his mid 20’s he loved to fish, play golf, loved horses and in his later years he served as Treasurer of the Charros Unidos de San Jose horse club for many years. He also loved deer hunting, traveling, and gambling. He enjoyed spending time on his ranch with his family, horses, cats and other animals.
He is survived by his wife Sarah Roman, his daughters: Deborah Roman, Mary Gerbino and husband Anthony and sons: Vincent Roman Jr. and wife Isabel (Butter) Roman and Tracey Roman, his grandchildren: Manuel Jr and wife Taryn, Denise and husband Dennis, Monique and husband Ezekiel Sr., Caroline and husband Ray, Mario and wife Corina, Monet, Moneka, Alex, Irie and Gabriel, great grandchildren: Luviah, Alex, Ezekiel Jr., Bost, Hailey, Jazmon, Arlo, Hazel, Nayah, Ada, Alanah and Connor and his sisters; Rosie Garcia and husband Pablo, Josie Martinez and husband Octavio, Rita Roman, Carolina Gomez and husband Rudy, Dolores Roman, brother-in-law Bobbie Aranda and sister-in-law Dolores (Lola) Roman.
A service will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019 at LIMA-CAMPAGNA-JOHNSON FUNERAL HOME, 17720 Monterey Street, Morgan Hill, CA 95037. There will be a viewing from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, followed by a short service. All are welcome to come and share memories at our family home after services at 13005 Columbet Ave, San Martin, CA 95046.
His generous loving spirit will be missed by all who knew him.
